Effective date: 27 September 2026

These Terms govern access to and use of YOGEXA, a legal practice management software platform operated by Mehek Mukesh under the YOGEXA name. By creating an account, joining a firm workspace, starting a trial, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The YOGEXA service

YOGEXA provides software tools for legal practice management, including features for clients, cases, hearings, tasks, documents, billing, reports, internal communications, legal research assistance, and related workflow functions. Features may change as the service develops.

YOGEXA is a technology platform. It is not a law firm, does not represent users or their clients, and does not independently verify the legal accuracy of information entered into or generated through the service.

2. Accounts, firms and authorized users

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials confidential.
  • The firm owner or authorized administrator is responsible for deciding who may access the firm workspace and for assigning appropriate roles.
  • Users must access only information they are authorized to view and must promptly remove access for persons who leave the firm or no longer require it.
  • You are responsible for activity performed through your account except to the extent caused by a failure of YOGEXA's systems.

3. Free trials and subscriptions

YOGEXA may offer a limited free trial. Trial length, features, quotas and eligibility may be displayed in the application and may change for future sign-ups. At the end of a trial, continued access to paid features may require an active subscription.

Paid plans, user limits, storage allowances, AI usage limits and other entitlements are those displayed on the YOGEXA pricing page or agreed in writing for an enterprise arrangement. Current standard monthly prices may be changed prospectively; any change will not alter a payment already completed for the current billing period.

4. Billing and payments

Online subscription payments may be processed by Safepay or another payment provider displayed at checkout. Payment card or bank details may be handled directly by the payment provider rather than stored by YOGEXA. Taxes, bank charges, foreign-exchange charges or other transaction costs, if applicable, may be added or charged by the relevant provider.

Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated at checkout, subscription fees are non-refundable once a paid billing period has started. Failed, reversed, disputed or fraudulent payments may result in suspension of paid entitlements.

5. Customer and client data

As between YOGEXA and the customer, the customer retains its rights in case files, client information, documents, messages and other content uploaded to the service. You authorize YOGEXA to host, process, transmit, back up and otherwise handle that data only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support and improve the service, subject to the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis and appropriate professional authority to upload and process personal, confidential, privileged or client information through YOGEXA.

6. AI and legal-research features

Important: AI output is assistance, not legal advice or a substitute for professional judgment.

When a user intentionally invokes an AI feature, selected prompts, text or documents may be transmitted to YOGEXA's configured AI service provider to generate the requested result. AI systems can produce incomplete, outdated or incorrect information. Users must independently review citations, calculations, summaries, drafts and other AI-assisted output before relying on it or providing it to a court, authority, client or third party.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use YOGEXA to break applicable law, infringe intellectual property, gain unauthorized access, distribute malicious software, interfere with service operation, conduct abusive automated extraction, or store material you have no right to process. You must not attempt to bypass account, subscription, security or usage controls.

8. Security and confidentiality

YOGEXA uses technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect the service and customer data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Users must use strong passwords, protect devices and credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access to [email protected].

9. Availability, changes and third-party services

YOGEXA may rely on third-party infrastructure and services, including hosting, databases, storage, email delivery, AI providers and payment processors. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, updates, internet conditions or third-party outages. YOGEXA may modify or discontinue features where reasonably necessary, while seeking to avoid material disruption to paid customers.

10. YOGEXA intellectual property

YOGEXA™, its software, user interface, branding, original documentation and related materials are owned by or licensed to the YOGEXA operator and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your authorized trial or subscription. They do not transfer ownership of the YOGEXA platform or brand.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using YOGEXA at any time. YOGEXA may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for non-payment, security, suspected misuse, legal compliance or material breach of these Terms. Where practicable, reasonable notice will be provided before suspension that is not urgent.

Data export, retention and deletion following cancellation are handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy, applicable plan features and technical/legal retention requirements.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YOGEXA is provided on an “as available” basis and does not warrant that the service or any AI-generated, research or legal-content feature will be error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for every professional purpose.

Users remain responsible for legal strategy, deadlines, court filings, professional obligations, verification of case information and independent backups or exports appropriate to their practice. YOGEXA will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss to the extent such exclusions are permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan. Subject to any mandatory statutory forum or remedy, disputes relating to YOGEXA will be subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Karachi, Pakistan.

Changes to these Terms

YOGEXA may update these Terms to reflect product, legal or operational changes. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or by email where appropriate.
